This week, on Getting real with Paula, we are having a heart to heart with Roen Higgins about mental health. More specifically, what do we all need to be aware of in order to keep ourselves in good mental health. The pandemic has impacted the mental health of most Canadians, with youth experiencing the greatest declines. Those already experiencing poor mental health prior to COVID-19 were impacted even more by the pandemic. So, join us on March 10, to learn more about keeping yourself sane day in and day out.
