Cette semaine, je reçois Dorothy Rau et Joeline Jean-Claude, les deux femmes d’affaires derrière Audace au Féminin et le Salon International de la Femme Noire (SIFN) de Montréal. Audace au Féminin est un organisme à but non lucratif qui a pour mission de célébrer la femme noire et son influence à travers le temps et les générations. Dorothy et Joeline croient dur comme fer que toute femme noire a besoin d’insuffler une dose d’estime et de dépassement de soi afin de développer son leadership et d’accomplir ses ambitions. Une conversation à ne pas manquer sur l’importance du leadership au féminin par deux femmes qui le vivent au quotidien et ce, pour la croissance de leur communauté.

This week, I’m hosting Dorothy Rau and Joeline Jean-Claude, the two businesswomen behind Audace au Feminine and the Montreal International Black Women’s Fair (SIFN). Audacity au Feminine is a non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate black women and her influence through time and generations. Dorothy and Joeline believe that any black woman needs to breathe a dose of self-esteem and exceed her self in order to develop her leadership and accomplish her ambitions. A conversation not to be missed about the importance of women’s leadership by two women who experience it on a daily basis for the growth of their community.
