A Griot is a West African term meaning a storyteller for a long time the Griots were the only means of sharing and passing down knowledge and history.
Today, on the Griot in me, we have Paula Alphonse, a woman with various hats throughout her career: pharmacist, manager, coach, facilitator and author, her passion and purpose in life is to empower people to reach their full potential. She believes that we all have within ourselves the power to create positive impact and the best return on investment for ourselves, our families as well as the organization we work for.

Un Griot est un terme ouest-africain signifiant un conteur, pendant longtemps, les Griots étaient le seul moyen de partager et de transmettre les connaissances et l’histoire.
Aujourd’hui, sur le Griot en moi, nous avons Paula Alphonse, une femme avec différents chapeaux tout au long de sa carrière: pharmacienne, gestionnaire, coach, facilitatrice et auteure, sa passion et son but dans la vie est de permettre aux gens de réaliser leur plein potentiel. Elle croit que nous avons tous en nous le pouvoir de créer un impact positif et le meilleur retour sur investissement pour nous-mêmes, nos familles ainsi que l’organisation pour laquelle nous travaillons.
